• In-patient psychiatric treatment for up to 100 days.

• 91 days in-patient treatment for alcoholism, drug or other substance abuse in any five-year period.

Maternity and baby bundle

This gives you and your baby access to a wider range of new and improved benefits to support you throughout your pregnancy. You’ll have the flexibility to choose from benefits such as a maternity scan, yoga, Pilates and antenatal classes through to breastfeeding consultations and baby swim classes. Cover towards fertility - part of your plan...

Benefit towards the cost of specific fertility tests and treatments when carried out in a Vhi participating fertility treatment centre.

Cover abroad

• Cover of up to €100,000 per calendar year, if any medical emergencies arise.

• Cover for treatment that is not available in Ireland up to €100,000 per calendar year, as long as it’s approved in advance.
