Your everyday medical expenses - what's included...
• Annual benefit up to €4,000 per person(excess €10).
• GP – 75% - up to a max. of €60 - unlimited visits.
• Consultant consultations – 75% - up to a max. of €190.
• Pathology – consultants’ fees 75%.
• Radiology – consultants’ fees for professional services 75%.
The excess means that when your eligible benefits exceed the value of €10, we will then pay remaining eligible benefits up to the value of €4,000. Our new Maternity & Baby bundle gives you and your baby access to a wider range of new and improved benefits to support you throughout your pregnancy. • €3,500 in home birth benefit.
• Midwife Support Service - provides you with access to a dedicated midwife for support and education throughout your pregnancy. Register with the Vhi App.
Mental health and well-being – part of your plan…
• In-patient mental health treatment for up to 100 days.
• 91 days in-patient treatment for alcoholism, drug or other substance abuse in any five-year period.
Cover abroad
• Cover of up to €100,000 per calendar year, if any medical emergencies arise.
• Cover for treatment that is not available in Ireland up to €100,000 per calendar year, as long as it’s approved in advance.
