Where a complaint arises Vhi Healthcare will seek to resolve any complaints with consumers. All complaints will be treated in an appropriate and sensitive manner and a timely response is provided to all complainants with the overall aim of resolving the complaint at first point of contact.

Where the advisor provides factual information to the consumer and from a Vhi Healthcare perspective the decision is final, but the consumer remains unsatisfied with the response they will be advised to send their complaint/appeal in writing to:

Following receipt of the written complaint, Vhi Healthcare's procedures in relation to complaint handling will be followed with the creation of a complaint case.
