Absence Reviews

Employees can be referred by your organisation for an absence review which is conducted by one of our panel of Occupational Health Physicians. A referral form is completed prior to the review outlining the organisations concerns regarding the employee.

The Occupational Health Physician then reviews the form and may liaise with the nominated contact within the organisation by phone. The Physician then meets with the employee and co-ordinates any medical inputs from other treatment sources.

A detailed report outlining recommendations and a return to work programme is issued within 48 hrs of the appointment. The OHP is also available by phone to discuss the case.
