  • Make Vhi DeCare Dental a part of your routine. Visiting a dentist on a regular basis can help you avoid unnecessary dental problems and additional expenses.
  • Talk to your dentist. During your dental surgery visit, talk to your dentist to determine your specific oral health needs, if treatment is required and what options are available.
  • Get reimbursed. After your course of treatment is complete, submit a completed Vhi DeCare Dental claim form, along with an itemised receipt, to get reimbursed for all eligible services, per your plan. Your dentist will provide you with an itemised receipt on request.
